Do people need an app to scan it?

No. Any phone camera can scan the QR code and open your contact details.

Who can see my number?

Anyone who scans your tag can see the number you register. Use a number you are comfortable sharing, and keep the tag on the car only.

What is the code under the QR?

Every Raahi tag has its own ID, such as VH000004, printed under the QR. It tells your tag apart from every other tag so your details can be matched and updated.

Does it work on any car?

Yes. Yes. Keep the tag visible on your car, for example near the windshield or on the mirror.

What if I change my number?

Contact us with your tag details and we will update it for you.
